Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager, SC Finance in the USA. You will lead strategy and delivery for Supply Chain Finance, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and Global IT to deliver scalable, secure solutions supporting financial performance and cross‑entity transactions.

You will guide intercompany processes, product costing, and compliance, while directing project teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery within the TSA exit separation plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 8–10 years of SAP Finance and Supply Chain design/implementation experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4 in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, and optimization of Supply Chain Finance.
• Own and support Intercompany financial processes and system integrations.
• Lead solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Finance capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4 solutions and processes.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and vendors.
• Ensure SOX, audit, and data governance compliance.
• Develop and lead IT professionals and managed service partners.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams for future-ready solutions.
