Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Technology Procurement Sourcing Manager to support enterprise technology sourcing, software renewals, and professional services contracts within our fast-paced wireless environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology procurement or sourcing in a corporate/enterprise environment.
• Experience with software contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, project management, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud agreements, and licensing models.
• Exposure to professional services contracts, including SOWs.
• Proficiency with procurement tools, contract systems, and spend analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Tech, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for Technology software and professional services.
• Lead managing software renewals, contract lifecycle activities, and supplier lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a consultative resource to internal stakeholders, helping ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
• Manage the end to end procurement and sourcing processes including supplier evaluations, negotiations, RFx processes, Vendor Management, and contract execution.
• Partner with legal, finance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and contractual terms.
• Build supplier relationships, contribute to performance reviews, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Be a motivated, self-starter to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and lead projects through completion.
• Experience managing relationships with complex competing stakeholder interests and cross-functional teams.
