Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products to engage customers, understand needs, and provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll stay current on trainings and certifications to confidently present solutions that fit budgets and preferences.

You will drive profitable growth by completing transactions, promoting promotions, and uncovering future tech needs while maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
