The role requires strong SQL/RDBMS knowledge, data warehousing and Python skills, with opportunities to lead projects and mentor others in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in junior year of a Bachelor's degree or first year of a Master’s degree with academic excellence.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and mentor the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions.
• Translate business problems into technical designs and architectures.
• Lead modules and workstreams within projects and participate in hands-on implementation.
• Validate design and implementation approaches with technical architects.
• Apply development best practices to ensure client and project success.
• Support project delivery, including planning, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior team members and manage diverse skill sets.
• Plan tasks and distribute work for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Guide deliverables such as business case, vision, requirements, prototypes, architecture, test cases, and deployment plans.
