Job summary

CFS is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst in Columbus, OH to directly support AI-driven initiatives and technology innovation across the business. You will work on major product launches and enterprise system enhancements within a collaborative environment that values process improvement ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with FlexPLM and PLM systems.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to technical solutions.
• Experience working with system integrations and data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Product Lifecycle Management data and configurations within FlexPLM.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
• Support new product introductions, testing efforts, and go-live activities.
• Manage product specifications, BOMs, workflows, user access, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues across connected platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation.
