Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Orem, Utah to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech and solutions while delivering friendly service and hands‑on demos. You’ll learn on the job and grow with the team.

This role supports cashier duties, in‑store and curbside pickup, and ongoing product knowledge updates. A 3‑month retail background and flexibility to work holidays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
