Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to oversee daily service desk operations and provide hands-on technical support for MedPro employees. This role coordinates onboarding/offboarding, asset provisioning, and works with the MSP to elevate infrastructure and security.

The ideal candidate leads with technical acumen and strong communication, training staff and ensuring service levels are met in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in service desk, desktop support, or IT technical support.
• Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring technical support employees.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding and asset/inventory management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, identity, and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service desk operations and provide hands-on technical support and escalation as needed.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor support cases to meet SLAs.
• Coach, train, and mentor Technical Services team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure adequate coverage and cross-training for critical support tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding, role changes, and termination activities for employees and contractors.
• Provision and maintain devices, accounts, and access per requests.
