Elanco Fort Dodge seeks a Tech Services Scientist to support vaccine production for farm and companion animals, ensuring reliable, compliant operations through monitoring, problem-solving, and improvements.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to drive process enhancements, lead investigations, support validation, and contribute to new product introductions while maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific/technical discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical stewardship of manufacturing processes to ensure reliable, compliant operations.
• Monitor key process performance indicators, identify trends, and implement improvements to reduce variability and increase productivity.
• Lead technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and product quality.
• Support cleaning and process validation activities, maintain accurate technical documentation, and capture process knowledge through technical reports.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production challenges and support site safety and regulatory requirements.
