Charter Communications’s Spectrum brand is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist in Burbank, CA to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to existing and new customers. You will be the face of our brand in store locations, delivering personalized service and helping customers choose the right solutions.

The role offers base pay and commission potential, with a base range of $18.00 to $31.75 per hour. In addition, commission earnings start at $9,360.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and mobile devices.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Effective communication with customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and standards.
• Deliver welcoming store atmosphere and adhere to policies.
• Attend training programs and develop product knowledge.
