The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Commercial Lines, a CA P&C license, familiarity with BOP/GL, Workers' Comp, D&O, E&O, and Epic software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years in Commercial Lines (small to mid-market accounts preferred).
• Valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Familiarity with BOP/GL, Workers' Compensation, D&O, E&O.
• Experience with Epic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support renewal and new business accounts.
• Serve as knowledgeable, friendly main contact for client inquiries.
• Quote and market accounts using online raters, underwriters, and general agents.
• Prepare coverage summaries, proposals, applications, ACORD forms, certificates, and other necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain prompt and accurate communication to deliver five-star service.
