C Spire is seeking an Account Service Representative for our retail locations to be on the front line of the customer experience. You will drive wireless, home services, and business sales, joining a sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and earning uncapped commissions.

You will stay current on devices and plans, deliver exceptional service with integrity, and participate in management training and development opportunities as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for technology and staying current on new devices and plans.
• Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.
• Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment.
• A proven track record of hitting goals and advancing professionally.
