In this full-time Retail Sales Consultant role, you will connect guests to what matters most by sharing product knowledge and guiding the purchase experience. You will exceed monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
