Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, especially in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated communication skills to help customers find solutions.
