Job summary

Cellular World is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car devices, and entertainment solutions. You will build total solutions to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

This role offers a competitive base pay with commission and a monthly bonus, plus strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Must be able to pass background.
A great, outgoing personality.
Ability to stand for long periods.
A great attitude and a technical aptitude.
Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods.
Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Build total solutions for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Deliver extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy; assist store leaders with operations.
Sell AT&T products and services, including DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet as part of lifestyle solutions.
Collaborate with teammates to achieve a high-performing sales environment.
Engage with the local community to stand out and succeed.
