Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by greeting customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on digital self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for a welcoming environment.
• Support nearby branch locations as needed.
