Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring gig-based merchandisers to support in-store programs. You will execute planograms, perform audits, and manage POP/POS materials across assignments in various stores.

This project-based work requires reliable tech, data entry, and strong communication with store staff. Responsibilities include resetting aisles, following client planograms, and submitting surveys and photos live from the store using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Tech-savvy, with Android or iPhone and reliable internet; use Chrome and third-party apps to submit surveys and photos live.
• Able to handle data-intensive and photo-heavy surveys and reports.
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated; plan ahead and complete work with urgency.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver's license.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions carefully.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication are required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and follow planograms accurately.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, and handle other merchandising tasks.
• Use smartphone to enter data, submit surveys, and upload clear photos live in-store.
• Enable location permissions on device for project verification.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
• Take full responsibility for your assigned area and complete work on time.
