Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Hawaii is seeking Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will connect guests to technology, share product knowledge, and be the face of Victra!

The role offers uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team. As part of our sales team, you will work collaboratively with peers and store leaders, focusing on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
