Job summary

Staples is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find total solutions both in-store and through the kiosk. You will keep the customers' needs in mind and contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately with training provided.

Qualifications

Strong customer service experience.
Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs.
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range.

Stay current on Staples products, offerings and services to offer a total solution.
Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor.
Ensure the store achieves key metrics, including profitable sales.
Be flexible on various responsibilities such as cashiering, merchandising, returns, and other duties as assigned.
