• Strong customer service experience

• Able to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers on the sales floor and kiosk
• Stay current on technology products and services to offer total solutions
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor
• Help the Tech department achieve key metrics including profitable sales
• Be flexible with duties such as cashier, merchandising, returns, and other tasks
