Verizon Retail is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to drive retail sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our store networks. You will learn customer needs, propose complete technology solutions, and close sales with strong communication.

Expect ongoing training and opportunities to grow within merchandising and inventory roles. You’ll need a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
