Job summary

Comcast Xfinity is hiring for a retail sales role in the Montgomery County area. The position offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour with a targeted total compensation of $26.38 per hour through commissions and incentives.

In this role you’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and deliver outstanding service while meeting sales targets and helping customers manage their accounts. Training is provided and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on current or new services and make account changes.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Develop expert knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales knowledge, including competitors.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive store environment.
• Adhere to retail policies to maintain a professional store.
