Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available full-time with days/evenings/weekends/holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Able to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and promoting customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading levels, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining product knowledge about Comcast services and offerings.
• Contributing to a fun, competitive store environment.
• Connecting products to customers’ everyday lives and ensuring a professional store atmosphere.
