Verizon is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our Virginia locations. You will drive sales by combining a passion for cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service.

Expect training, growth opportunities, and a path to increase earnings through a commission plan. Base pay starts at $16.59 per hour with additional commissions up to 18,000 annually, plus potential higher totals depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop skills through ongoing training across merchandising and inventory.
