Staples, Inc. is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture and receive training.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required based on store needs.
• Strong customer service background.

• Physically able to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Stay current on technology products, offerings and services to offer total solutions.
• Respond quickly to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor.
• Ensure the Tech department achieves key metrics, including profitable sales.
• Be flexible on duties such as cashiering, merchandising, returns, and other tasks.
