Job summary

You may earn base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commissions up to $18,000 annually, with potential total earnings of $65,000+ to $75,500+ depending on performance and geography.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts to earn more income, especially in peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continue professional growth through training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly grow your customer base via outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
