Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Temecula, CA, to promote Spectrum products and services at our store locations. You will drive sales while delivering exceptional customer care, and you’ll be the face of our brand in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll handle cash, operate tech devices, and work toward sales targets in a role that combines service with incentives. The compensation includes base pay plus commissions, with opportunities for growth and development

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Bilingual: Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identifying sales opportunities and creating ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Building positive customer relationships, listening, and overcoming objections, while reselling the value of our products.
• Maintaining knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
• Ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, delivering a clean retail experience, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution and participating in training programs.
