Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience or military.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple, intuitive tech.
• Develop yourself through training and up-skill across merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly grow customer base via outbound calls/texts to current Verizon customers.
