Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Sugar Land, TX to be the face of our stores and confidently recommend tech products and services to customers. You will learn continuously to provide expert guidance across departments and drive sales.

You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and participate in curbside and in-store pickup. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends may be required, with training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
