Job summary

Comcast Xfinity Retail in NH is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and deliver outstanding service. You will meet or exceed sales targets while helping customers understand statements, upgrade services, and complete routine account actions in-store.

A brand ambassador role with a focus on customer satisfaction and knowledge of Comcast/Digital tools. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and a fast-paced store environment with training

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (Required).
Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintaining detailed sales product knowledge.
