Job summary

Best Buy in Charleston, SC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select and purchase tech products and services. You will greet shoppers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and guide them to solutions that fit their needs.

You will also handle transactions, returns, exchanges and contribute to a clean, well-stocked sales floor while learning about the latest tech trends. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
