Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States and is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant in Hutchinson, MN. You will deliver world-class service, share product knowledge, and connect guests with solutions that matter most, becoming the face of Victra.

You will work with store leaders to meet sales goals, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-first environment. This role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably retail or sales.

As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average of $11.41 to $23.13 , combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time. All sick time required by state or local law will reduce an employee's annual PTO accrual accordingly.

What we're looking for...

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
