Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech solutions and providing friendly, knowledgeable service. You will demo products, answer questions, and guide customers to purchases.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, participate in ongoing learning, maintain a well-stocked sales floor, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. This is a part-time role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
