Best Buy in Danbury, CT is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You’ll learn our products and provide friendly, helpful service to meet each person’s needs.

You’ll perform product demos, handle transactions, and keep shelves stocked while supporting in-store pickup and curbside orders. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
