Job summary

Best Buy in Columbus, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store, helping customers choose tech products and services that meet their unique needs. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend options and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform product demos, handle purchases and returns, keep the floor stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
