Job summary

Best Buy Tampa, FL is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers and help them find the right tech products. You'll learn to confidently recommend products and services and perform cashier duties.

This role supports in-store pickup, maintains stocked shelves, and participates in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable. A minimum of 3 months in retail or fast-paced environments and flexibility including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong customer-service mindset with product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
