Job summary

Best Buy in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, demonstrate products, and guide purchases across departments. You will manage cashier duties, returns, and exchanges while maintaining product knowledge and a service mindset.

You’ll also help keep the floor organized and support in-store and curbside pickups, with availability for flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
