Responsibilities

• Supports departmental activities and the daily operations of the Library and Learning Center to provide excellent customer services including front desk operations, circulation, and stack maintenance projects.
• Performs technical services, resource sharing, and/or digital library development using an integrated library system (ILS) and other related library software systems.
• Assists patrons with accessing computers, printing, other library technology and equipment, and study areas.
• Refers research and tutoring questions to appropriate staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
