Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking a Dispatch Operator to support our clients with reliable communications, video, and computer systems. You will coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations and dispatch personnel as needed, ensuring smooth shifts and timely responses.

We require at least 1 year in call center or dispatch roles, proficient computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Great problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience.
• Proficient computer skills and software knowledge.
• Able to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment.
• Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations.
• Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately.
• Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed.
• Ensure all shifts are fully manned.
• Use clear communication in a collaborative environment.
