Job summary

Best Buy in Texas is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services. You will learn our products and services to confidently advise customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickups while maintaining an organized sales floor. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
