Job summary

Best Buy in Fairborn, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store and help customers select tech products and services. You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations while processing purchases, returns and exchanges.

You will maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and help keep the sales floor organized and stocked, including support for in-store and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
