Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll train on our offerings and learn to confidently recommend items to meet individual needs, delivering friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle transactions, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
