Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in its stores. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, recommend items, and handle cashier tasks for purchases, returns, and exchanges.

You will continually learn to maintain product knowledge and keep the sales floor organized while assisting with in-store and curbside pickups. The role supports a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends, with competitive pay and an excellent employee discount.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
