Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a skilled social media manager to own and develop our LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X presence. You will lead editorial planning, collaborate with the Content Creator, and translate trends into actionable channel growth strategies.

You will craft recurring formats tailored to each platform, monitor algorithms, and relentlessly pursue fast, high-quality content that resonates with the global deeptech community.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in technology or innovation environments.
• Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X including mechanics and algorithms.
• Creative and execution-strong with the ability to translate ideas into rapid channel content.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop NEURA Robotics' social channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X from planning to publishing and community interaction.
• Create recurring formats and content ideas aligned with NEURA brand and audiences for each platform.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes and translate them into concrete actions for our channels.
• Think strategically about channel strengths and audiences to optimize usage and position NEURA Robotics as a relevant voice in the global deeptech and robotics community.
• Produce content quickly with focus on quality, design, and impact, avoiding perfectionism.
• Collaborate with Content Creator, provide input on formats and execution, drive editorial planning.
• Analyze performance of posts regularly and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for standout ideas and drive independent execution.

Your Mission & Challenges

· You take full ownership of managing and developing our social media channels – LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X – from editorial planning and publishing through to community interaction.

· You develop your own recurring formats and content ideas that fit the NEURA brand, speak to our core audiences, and are tailored to each channel – and you bring them to life.

· You have your finger on the pulse: you monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and communication patterns in our space – and translate them into concrete actions for our channels.

· You think strategically: you understand the strengths and audiences of each channel, continuously optimise how we use them, and position NEURA Robotics as a relevant voice in the global deeptech and robotics community.

· You get content out quickly and cleanly – with an eye for quality, design, and impact, without getting lost in perfectionism.

· You work closely with our Content Creator, provide input on formats and execution, and are the driving force behind editorial planning.

· You analyse the performance of our posts regularly, draw the right conclusions, and turn them into recommendations for strategic development.

· You spot opportunities for standout ideas – formats, campaigns, or moments that rise above the noise – and have the drive to execute them independently.
