Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with expected graduation between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Area of Study: Information Technology, Business, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support periodic reviews of technology policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and leading industry practices
• Support and actively participate in 'review and challenge' activities by: Analyzing risk artifacts (including risk assessment forms, remediation plans, project documentation, etc.) to identify gaps or emerging issues; Verifying that remediation actions for identified gaps are appropriate, timely, and tracked to closure; Developing actionable feedback / recommendations to strengthen overall risk posture
• Execute ad-hoc reporting and develop materials that translate disparate risk information / insights into decision ready briefs, enabling senior and executive management to monitor Santander’s technology risk posture and prioritize strategic actions
• Stay abreast of emerging AI-based technologies, workflows, architectures, threat vectors, and evolving regulatory guidance
