Santander Bank is offering a Summer Internship Program for undergraduate students with a June 2026 start. Interns will gain exposure to process management, governance and analytics within the Process Center of Excellence at Santander US.

Location options include Quincy, MA and Boston, MA with opportunities to learn across technology and operations teams. Candidates should have a 3.0+ GPA, study in business/engineering/data analytics, and excellent written and verbal English.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate student with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and May/Jun 2027
• GPA of 3.0 or above required
• Area of study: Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields
• Strong English communication skills are required

Responsabilidades

• Assist process analysts and engineers in documenting and maintaining the enterprise process catalog
• Support creation of process maps, standards and governance documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives with methodologies, tools and best practices
• Assist in development of process learner journeys and career paths
• Help develop process ownership catalog, maturity metrics and optimization KPIs
• Assist with building presentations, dashboards and reports to communicate opportunities
• Participate in projects related to process design, analysis and innovation within Technology & Operations
• Collaborate with the Process Intelligence & Analytics team to develop insights and visualizations
