Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Market Trainer to deliver AMD brand and product training to retail store associates across Milwaukee and surrounding markets. The role involves 1:1 and group sessions, in-store training, and virtual events when applicable, with a schedule you can assemble yourself.

You will manage rotation, report daily training activities and KPIs, and build strong relationships with retail partners to drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales background in technology or consumer electronics.
• 2+ years of training experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to travel within a designated market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AMD brand and product training to retail store associates.
• Conduct face-to-face 1:1 and group training sessions, plus virtual trainings.
• Manage store visitation rotation and up to 20 hours of weekly travel.
• Aggregate intel and insights on AMD and top competitors.
• Maintain market rotation reports with KPIs and metrics.
• Build and sustain relationships with retail partners to boost brand loyalty.
