Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a part-time Market Trainer to educate retail staff about AMD products and brand benefits. You will train store associates face-to-face, run group and virtual sessions, and rotate visits across markets with up to 20 hours per week.

You’ll build relationships with retail partners, compile intel on AMD and competitors, and report KPI-driven metrics daily. Prior retail/training experience helps; travel and driving are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales background in technology or consumer electronics.
• 2+ years of training experience and presenting in a retail setting preferred.
• Preferred experience with OEM/VAR and NSP in a similar capacity.
• Strong ability to train and communicate across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AMD brand and product training and promotional materials to retail store associates.
• Conduct face-to-face 1:1 training and group training events, and host virtual training events when applicable.
• Manage store visitation rotation and hours pool (up to 20 hours per week)
• Assemble intel and insights on AMD and top competitors
• Manage market rotation report on training activities daily, incl. KPIs and metrics
• Build/maintain relationships with retail partners and support brand loyalty
• Other duties as assigned by management
