Job summary
2020 Companies is hiring an HP Retail Sales Associate to drive sales for HP products at Best Buy and nearby office-supply stores in Wilson, NC. The role includes demonstrating products to customers, building rapport with staff and store management, and maintaining demo-ready displays.
The position offers part-time hours (up to 15 per week) with a $16.50 per hour base pay and a weekly performance bonus. Training is provided online, with Next-day pay via DailyPay and a monthly technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months to 1 year of sales/retail/telecom/marketing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of products and services in electronics/tech is a plus.
- Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas.
- Greet customers, guide to displays, assess needs, and suggest products.
- Provide product information and help customers make selections.
- Accurately document and report sales activity to Retail Operations.
