Job summary

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area at Best Buy in Port Arthur, TX. You will demonstrate products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff while driving sales.

The role offers up to 15 hours per week, a $17.50 hourly wage plus a weekly performance bonus, paid training online, and a technology reimbursement program, with Friday–Sunday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast.
• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn.
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.
