In this role you will exceed monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and provide solutions through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and provide resolutions.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests while having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple and aid decision making.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
